Description:

This product is made of fine ceramic mud added achoring agent and binder.After grinding,screening,shaping and sintering, we make it.It is a kind of ceramic sphere with uniform size and solid surface. This product has some merits,such as large surface area,high void fraction, less impurities high speed of filtering,long working period, little water consumption during washing back, and there is nothing harmful to the body of man. It will decrease the volume of the disinfectant and cloud point,the effect of separating N,Pis over 99%,and that of separating CoDcr is over 40%. This product can improve the effect of filter material instead of quartz sand and anthracite.

Usage:

Ceramsite filter material / filtration materials of biology ceramic particle can not only improve the filtration efficiency and reduce the cost, but also have as high effect of de-nitrogen, de-ammonia, de-phosphor as to 99%, it is the ideal replacement for quartz sand and anthracite. The filtration materials of ceramic particle can be used for waste-water secondary treatment through Bio-chemical method for the biology carrier as the pre-treatment of lightly pollutant headwater and can meet the requirements of BAF as well.
